A: About assembling,we have three ways:
① We can send our professional masters to your country to assembly.
②We can send one professional master to your country and help to guide u assemble.
③We can send you the relative professional videos and guide your workers assemble it by themselves.
Q:How about the safety performance of our indoor playground ?
A:The indoor playground of Luckyplay is passing the International, UL standard safety testing, which can be at ease used.Luckyplay firmly believes that: quality is our fundamental business survival, and only make qualified products, our brand will get everyone's approval. We have passed ISO9001,OHSAS18001 certification, ISOS certification, CE certification and CCC certification.
Q:How is the cooperation process in Luckyplay?
A: 1. Make sure that whether the customer has done a market survey, whether the customer has a venue,the amount of customer investment budget and the size of indoor playground customer wants. If the customer has enough cooperation intention, Luckyplay can be free for customers to do market research,and site selection.
2. We can provide our customers with site planning and design, as well as detailed quotation list according to customer's plan.
3. After all the above work is completed, when the customer finally determines whether to cooperate and sign of the contract, making advance payment and then we will carry out production, transportation, installation and after-sale.
Q: How long do we need to design?
A:In general, we can ensure that we can provide the design about 2-3 days after receiving customer's field map. If it is a large site,it will take 5-7 days.
